In this perspective will be the relation of Francesco, caver and geologist, member of La Venta that in almost thirty expeditions, explored caves and canyons from South America to Central Asia, leading multidisciplinary team of researchers in some of the most remote corners of the planet, and for this he was awarded with the Rolex Award for Enterprise for the discovery of ancient caves in tabular mountains of Venezuela; Francesco is also dedicated to the exploration and study of Italian karst systems, from Mounts Lessini to the Dolomites, and is European Space Agency consultant for training of astronauts for future planetary exploration missions.
