They took us to visit the famous first Cave of Kungur (a large cavity in gypsum, already famous in the mid-eighteenth century, for the crystallization of ice that contains).
We go down then in Ordinskaya, perhaps the most beautiful gypsum submerged cave in the world, where it is active a very important diving school also because it prepares to dive in prohibitive temperatures (water at 2 degrees and air at -15!).
Lastly a transfer by car long enough takes us to Bashkiria to visit the world's largest underground glacier.
This new tour opens even more perspectives than expected. We hope to have the time to enter this area, soon, in our major research projects.
